The Tay Road Bridge has been closed northbound following a double-whammy of incidents. Debris fell off the back of a lorry and a car has also broken down on the carriageway, prompting its closure. Maintenance officials have been investigating the two incidents. The crossing reopened shortly after 10.30am.
