The pensioner was found in the lane behind the Arkive clothing shop off Seagate shortly before 1pm. The man was treated at the scene by paramedics his condition and the extent of injuries are not known at present. The area was the focus of intense police activity following the incident, with a number of city centre-based officers in attendance.
