Dundee police officer accused of using CCTV to stalk ex-partner

A police officer accused of using CCTV to stalk his former partner at work and elsewhere denied the charge at Dundee Sheriff Court.
David Fearn, 43, of Kemnay Place, faces a charge of causing fear and alarm to his former partner by using CCTV to monitor her at work, monitor her emails, attempt to gain access and control of her mobile phone, loiter outside her house, place hands around her throat, restrain her, and drive his car close to hers causing her to stop.
The case will come to trial on May 14, with a further intermediate diet on May 12.
