(best available) A pensioner who had been reported missing from his home near Dundee has been found safe and well over 100 miles away in Kelso. John Michael Bell drove his blue Honda Jazz away from his Fowlis home at around 9.30am on Monday and had not been seen since. Police had appealed for information on the 68-year-old. They confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that he had been found safe in the Borders. They thanked everyone who had helped spread news of his disappearance.
