Dundee ambassador Hayley Scanlan has been named Young Designer of the Year for the second time at the Scottish Fashion Awards.
Guests walked the red carpet to the sound of a Scottish piper before a champagne reception at 8 Northumberland in London.
Hayley said: “I am so happy and humbled to receive this award again. It’s great for the girls and I to be recognised for all the work we do in the studio, especially by such a high-profile event in London.
“There are too many people to thank but everyone knows their contribution to my success and I could not be more grateful. It’s a happy time for me and my boys right now!”
The event was attended by fashion industry experts and icons such as Dolce & Gabbana and Marks & Spencer supermodel, David Gandy, as well as fashion legend, Dame Vivienne Westwood, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame 2014.
In her speech she thanked her husband and gave her thoughts on the Scottish independence debate.
She said: “Scotland has a chance to be a people’s economy and a model to us all.”
