A 23-year-old man who was seriously injured after falling out of a window onto a Stobswell street on Friday night is now in a stable condition in hospital.
The man was described as being in a critical condition at Ninewells Hospital late on Friday night after suffering a collapsed lung, fractured pelvis and potential organ damage.
He was taken from the scene at Pitkerro Road, close to Morgan Academy, by ambulance.
He was awake by Sunday afternoon and it is likely his injuries will be life changing.
Police were called to the incident shortly before 10pm on Friday night where officers and forensic teams spent over an hour in a block of flats.
On Saturday police officers were making further enquiries but have since ruled out any criminal activity and no one has been detained in connection with the incident.
The section of the street between Morgan Street and Baldovan Road was cordoned off while early investigations took place on Friday night.
