Residents watched as an ambulance and police cars attended at the house in Fintry Road shortly after 2pm on Monday. The woman was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital. A police spokesman said she was ”very ill” in intensive care. There was a police presence outside the home into the evening. An ambulance service spokesman confirmed they had attended around 2.10pm and had taken the casualty to Ninewells. Despite the police attendance, it is thought that there are no apparent suspicious circumstances.
