Rail services disrupted by broken-down train at Broughty Ferry

A broken-down train near Broughty Ferry has caused problems on the railway this evening.
The freight train broke down at around 3pm, disrupting services between Dundee and Aberdeen.
ScotRail said: “Owing to a broken-down train at Broughty Ferry train services through this station may be subject to disruption on all routes at short notice.”
The firm said it had organised replacement buses at Dundee and Aberdeen stations. Disruption is expected until around 6pm.
