Seaview Primary School in Monifieth is the latest to be hit by an outbreak of scarlet fever.
Letters have been sent to all parents warning them of a suspected case of the infectious disease at the school.
Seaview is the latest in a series in Dundee and Angus to be hit by the illness in the last few weeks.
Scarlet fever can be identified by a pink-red rash that feels like sandpaper and is most common in young children, though adults can also be affected.
Other symptoms include a sore throat, high temperature and a flushed face.
As the disease is contagious, parents of children displaying symptoms have been advised to contact their GP and not allow their children to return to school until 24 hours after starting a course of antibiotics.
