12-year-old pupil charged after ‘disturbance’ at Dundee secondary school

A 12-year-old pupil has been arrested and charged by police in Dundee after an incident at a secondary school.
The first-year, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with breach of the peace.
A police spokesman said they “attended a disturbance at a secondary school in Dundee” and a 12-year-old was to be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor.
He confirmed officers attended another secondary in Dundee after concerns regarding the behaviour of children but no further action was required.
