Excited fans began queuing at 6am and by 9am hundreds were lined up to book their place at Celtic Park. Fran Ritchie, the Tangerine ticket office manager, said: “It has been going really swimmingly the response has been fantastic. “I haven’t even had time to count how many we have sold. It has been manic,” she added. All concession tickets have sold out in just over two hours. That means that more than 16,000 tickets have been sold.
