Campaign aimed at ending Dundee’s throwaway culture
ByThe Courier Reporter
Dundonians are being challenged to #MakeThingsLast by a social media engagement campaign that promotes repairing, reusing and remanufacturing as part of a wider circular economy drive.
Zero Waste Scotland has suggested five ways it believes the city can waste less and make things last and has launched a poll at facebook.com/ zerowastescotland to discover Dundee’s favourite.
The campaign aims to “engage everyone in Scotland to find a solution to our throwaway culture” and new suggestions can be added at zerowastescotland.org.uk
