An Angus woman is hoping to be reunited with “a lovely man” who came to her aid after she was injured in a cycling accident in Dundee.
Deborah Miller, from Barry near Carnoustie, said the man stopped to help after her “really nasty accident”.
Posting on the OurCarnoustie Facebook page, she asked if “the power of social media” could help find the man.
She posted: “He called the ambulance and stayed with me until it came.
“He then took the bike home with his wife to my partner who in the heat of it all forgot to ask who he was.
“I would like to thank him very very much for his kind act and hope he sees this or gets in touch.
“I reckon the power of social media ought to do it!”
Deborah is still in hospital after suffering a broken arm in the accident near Dundee docks but is already making progress in finding her Good Samaritan.
