Babies and dogs have taken centre stage at the sun-soaked Broughty Ferry gala. Spectators flocked to the Castle Green where the festival’s bonnie babies competition was held. Dundee Canine Club hosted a family pet show, where entrants were judged on various categories, including obedience, agility, and coat glossiness. Event organiser Jan McTaggart said she was “very proud” of the events, which took place on the third day of the week-long gala. She added that they had “great luck with the weather” throughout the day.
