A warehouse fire in City Quay was tackled by firefighters on Saturday evening.
Crews brought the blaze at the East Dock Street premises under control in just under an hour.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service in Dundee said: “We attended a call to some rubbish on fire at an East Dock Street warehouse.
“The call came in at 7.09pm and crews left at 7.58pm.”
An eyewitness who was attending a wedding at the nearby Apex Hotel said: “There were a large group of firemen trying to break into the big blue doors at the front of the building. I could see a lot of smoke billowing out of the roof but no flames.”
