Dundee West’s candidates have clashed over spending plans and policies.
The BBC’s Good Morning Scotland broadcast live from the city.
Attacks largely focused on the SNP, including from the Greens and Trades Union and Socialist Coalition, which both backed Yes votes in September.
The far-left party’s candidate Jim McFarlane said: “All the main parties are carrying out the cuts and we have the SNP council here who are carrying out £30 million of cuts over the next three years.”
Green Pauline Hinchion said: “Dundee needs an alternative to the SNP.”
Labour’s Michael Marra said: “We have to go out and we have to make the case that Labour has a positive plan in this election.”
The SNP’s Chris Law said the city has been given reason to trust them because of their record in Government and in control of the council.
Conservative candidate Nicola Ross warned of a Westminster deal between Labour and the SNP, while Liberal Democrat Daniel Coleman claimed Labour’s vote “is completely collapsing”.
