Police in Dundee are investigating after four cars were stolen from two separate commercial sites in the city in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Thieves broke into offices at Avis Car Rental in Old Glamis Road, some time between 1.20am and 7.30am, before stealing a black Volkswagen Golf and a black Citroen C4, which are worth over £40,000.
At the same time the offices of Tay Telecom were broken into and two silver-coloured lap top computers stolen one an Acer Aspire worth £600 and the other an HP-make worth more than £1000.
Officers want to trace two men who were seen acting suspiciously in the area at about 10pm on Wednesday night.
One of the men was described as being six feet tall, thin and was wearing dark-coloured Evisu jeans and a light blue zip-up tracksuit top.
Police also want to identify three men who were also seen acting suspiciously in the area between 1.20am and 2.10am.
A break-in at Buttars Loan Service Station at 12.45am is also being investigated. The offices were broken into before thieves drove off in a silver Peugeot Partner taxi and a black Mazda 626.
Three men were seen acting suspiciously near the business at this time. Anyone who has any information is being urged to call Police Scotland on 101.
