Man charged with breach of the peace after late-night incident in Dundee

Emergency services were called out when a man was found on a roof in Dundee late on Sunday night.
Police attended the incident, which took place in Craighill Court, off Pitkerro Road. An ambulance was called as a precaution but no one needed to be taken to hospital.
Members of the public were shocked by the large police presence in the area, with one eyewitness reporting five police cars and an ambulance.
A police spokeswoman said: “Tayside Division can confirm that a 46-year-old man was charged with breach of the peace after a disturbance at Craighill Court, Dundee, yesterday evening.
“A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.”
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call from police at 10.13pm about a male up on a roof but he was found to be ok and no one needed to be conveyed to hospital.”
