WATCH: Stampy Cat’s Dundee lecture available on iPlayer

This week brought one of the highlights of the year for thousands of local children when YouTube sensation Stampy Cat visited Dundee.

The Minecraft specialist whose videos are watched by millions of kids around the world delivered two Royal Society of Edinburgh lectures at the Caird Hall amid scenes some described as reminiscent of Beatlemania.

Parents had queued up from as early as 5am on October 31 to try to secure tickets for the show.
