A man is to stand trial accused of two bizarre breaches of the peace.
John Kerr is first alleged to have driven 15 miles from St Madoes, Perthshire, to Dundee, while “in a state of undress” and carrying out a sex act on himself.
Then, more than three years later, he is accused of walking up to a car occupied by a man, dropping his trousers, exposing himself and “fondling” himself.
The first incident was said to have taken place on December 12 2011 at Cairnie Road, St Madoes, and on the A90 Perth to Dundee Road.
The second is alleged to have taken place on Dundee’s Riverside Drive on March 12 this year.
Kerr, 45, of Westcroft Road, Dundee, pleaded not guilty to two charges of breach of the peace at Dundee Sheriff Court.
A trial date was set for January next year, and Kerr was ordered to attend a pre-trial hearing in December.
