Jan Kozlowski is accused of seriously injuring a teenager after colliding with him on Pitkerro Road in Dundee on July 9. Prosecutors say Kozlowski was driving a van while disqualified from driving at the time of the incident. Kozlowski, 40, a prisoner at Perth, denied a charge of causing serious injury while driving while disqualified. Sheriff Tom Hughes continued the case to a jury trial sitting in January at Dundee Sheriff Court.
