A teenager was rushed to hospital after being struck by a car on a busy Dundee road.
It’s understood the 15-year-old girl was admitted to intensive care following the collision which took place on the city’s Happyhillock Road at around 6pm on Wednesday.
Her injuries are now not thought to be life threatening.
Witnesses reported that the windscreen of the car was smashed as a result of the impact.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: “Police attended after a 15-year-old girl was knocked down by a car.
“Her injuries are not life-threatening.”
