National Express Dundee is increasing its fares from Sunday to reflect rising business costs.
The firm says the rises will also support further investment into the Dundee bus network during 2014.
Single tickets will go up by 5p or 10p, an adult daysaver by 10p and an adult weekly card by 50p a week.
Managing director Phil Smith said: “We have worked hard to keep the increase to a minimum. This price rise will allow us to continue investing in the city’s bus network and meet rising business costs.
“Fares in Dundee remain among the most competitive of any major Scottish city.”
The price rises follow repeated disruption to services over Christmas and New Year in an overtime dispute.
