Monfieth weather watcher Neil Ferguson recorded a temperature of 22.7C in his garden on Sunday. “This is the second highest temperature of the year,” he remarked. “The warmest day was 23.3C on July 3.” Forecasters suggest the warm weather could continue for much of the week.
