An eyewitness reported seeing two ambulances tending to the man at around 3.30pm on Monday afternoon outside the Commercial Street shop. She said: “It looked like a man was on the ground and the ambulance crews were working on him. “There were two ambulances at first but one left and he was taken inside the second ambulance.” No one from the Scottish Ambulance Service was available for comment.
