Night-time resurfacing work on A92 between Dundee and Arbroath

Resurfacing works on the A92 between Claypotts junction and Elliot roundabout will begin on Sunday.

The work is being carried out at night between 7pm and 7am to minimise disruption to motorists on one of Dundee’s busiest roads.

There will be no work on Friday or Saturday nights.

Eddie Ross, representative for BEAR Scotland, said: “This resurfacing programme is essential to ensure the continued safe use of this stretch of the A92.

“The improvements, funded by Claymore Roads, are part of our long term A92 road maintenance programme and will help to ensure that the route remains fit for purpose for years to come.”
