Police in Dundee are appealing for witnesses following an indecent assault within the city on Sunday.
The incident happened around 12.45pm on board a Number 17 bus in Albert Street.
Police said a 27-year-old man boarded and sat next to a male passenger near the back of the vehicle.
A short time later the male touched the victim inappropriately, forcing him to move seat.
The suspect then alighted at the rear of the Wellgate Shopping Centre and police were contacted a short time later.
Officers are now urging anyone who can assist with their enquiries to come forward.
PC Long Nguyen said: “This was a very unsettling experience for the victim and we are keen to trace the male responsible as soon as possible.
“We know the bus was very busy at the time of the incident and would ask any passengers who can provide us with information to contact police immediately.
“In addition, anyone with any further information relevant to this investigation should also get in touch.”
Those with information can contact Police Scotland on 101 or alternatively, the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
