Bradley Forsyth is alleged to have smashed his Ford Fiesta into the turnstiles on April 6 last year. The crash – which occurred the day after United hosted Celtic in a top-flight match – left a hole in the side of the Fair Play Stand. Forsyth is accused of failing to stop and failing to report the crash within 24 hours. He also faces a further charge of failing to identify the driver of a car in Dundee’s Hilltown following an incident there. Forsyth, 23, of Playfair Terrace, Dundee, denies the three charges on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court. Defence solicitor Anika Jethwa said: “He isn’t here today and there are already multiple warrants for his arrest.” Sheriff Alistair Carmichael issued another warrant for his arrest.
