A two-car crash caused huge queues on the A90 on the outskirts of Dundee.
The incident, which happened shortly before 4pm on Sunday, saw one car spiral out of control before coming to a stop in the middle of the carriageway, while firefighters were forced to winch another vehicle from a ditch.
Police were unable to confirm the extent of any injuries that may have been suffered by either driver.
