May Nicoll is said to have, along with Gail Fraser, been involved in a brawl at the fast food outlet in the Wellgate Centre. It is alleged that the pair assaulted Catherine Williamson by grabbing her clothing, then repeatedly punching her on the head, to her injury. The women are also said to have behaved in a threatening and abusive manner. Nicoll, 69, of Hilltown Court, and Fraser, 29, of Dens Road, both Dundee, pleaded not guilty to the charges on summary complaint. Sheriff Alistair Carmichael continued the case to trial.
