ByThe Courier Reporter
A Dundee beautician has died in her sleep at the age of just 47.
Audrey Rice, of Fintry, was found motionless in her bed by a family member on Tuesday.
Despite attempts to wake her at her home on Finella Terrace, she was unable to be saved.
In the last few weeks the mum of two is said to have been looking forward to setting up her own shop.
She had previously been working as a beautician in Monifieth, but was in the process of setting up Glow Beauty and Training School on Strathmartine Road.
A family member, who did not wish to be named, said they were all heartbroken at her loss.
She said: “Audrey was a great person, full of fun and always laughing.”
The family still do not know her cause of death, but police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
