Part-time Dundee College chef, lecturer Doreen Culley, is helping her class bake an 80lb yuletide monster cake in the shape of a Christmas tree. She confesses, however, that when a student at Dundee College 22 years ago she really believed she would never be a baker. ”To be honest, my baking back then was a disaster,” said Doreen. Dundee College Students’ Association will raffle the cake for charity.
