Police are investigating the theft of cigarettes and tobacco worth about £1,000 from Tesco on Strathmartine Road in Dundee on Tuesday night.
The items were stolen some time between 9.20pm and 9.45pm and officers say they are keen to trace three men who were seen in the store at the time.
The first man is described as being in his thirties, 5ft 8in, of medium build, with short, brown hair.
He was wearing a black hooded jacket with red lining, black jogging bottoms and dark trainers.
The second man is described as aged in his early forties, 5ft 8in, of medium build, with short, brown hair.
He was wearing a black puffa jacket, black jogging bottoms and dark trainers.
The third man is described as in his late twenties, 5ft 5in, of medium build, with a shaved head.
He was wearing a black jacket with a grey hooded top underneath the jacket and grey jogging bottoms.
Anyone who remembers seeing anyone acting suspiciously in the area, or anyone who knows who might be responsible for this theft should get in touch with police on 101.
