In pictures: Phil Thomson’s Mono 68 Dundee photo study

A collection of photographs taken in Dundee over the course of a single month in 1968 form the basis of an acclaimed exhibition that opens at Dundee University on January 16. Phil Thomson took the collection of 22 black and white pictures during November that year, when he was an art student at Duncan of Jordanstone. Phil will be launching the full exhibition with a free talk about the work at the D’arcy Thompson Lecture Theatre, University of Dundee, at 5.30pm on January 16. Entry is free and open to all and there is no need to book in advance.
