Police and ambulance were called to Dickson Avenue’s junction with Dochart Terrace shortly after 4.30pm. The road was closed to allow emergency services to attend to the teenager, who sustained a leg injury in the incident. A Police Scotland spokesman confirmed that the boy was taken to Ninewells Hospital with a minor injury after a collision involving a Ford Focus car.
