Pilot’s waterfront photo captures scale of Dundee’s lofty ambitions

A Friockheim light aircraft pilot has captured the remodelling of the Dundee waterfront road network.

Jim Crosby’s photo is the most-up-to-date image of the £1 billion redevelopment.

The entire area is a construction site, which will see the creation of the V&A museum, a new train station, a marina and a large park or public open space. Mr Crosby said: “It is great to see things taking shape and I am sure the aim of connecting the city with the waterfront will be met.”
