Terror on the Tay 2 had been scheduled to take place on Saturday night in Deja Vu nightclub. Promoter Julez Loftus said that only about 100 of a possible 500 tickets had been sold. He is now offering a full £25 refund to disappointed punters. ”There is no problem with handing the money back,” he said. ”People can return to wherever they bought their ticket and get their money.”
