Dundee Science Centre has unveiled a new look to reflect its role in the community.
Its new logo, which now appears on all signage, coincides with its new website and uniform for the centre’s 42 members of staff.
The logo has been designed to reflect the shape of the Greenmarket building, which opened as Sensation in 2001.
Otherwise it is very much business as usual at the centre, which will now officially be known as Dundee Science Centre.
The centre strives to provide fun, stimulating and educational activities and exhibitions for the 70,000-plus visitors it attracts each year.
Louise Smith, chief executive officer, said: “As an educational charity but also a commercial organisation, we have evolved considerably since opening over 10 years ago.
“As well as being a successful and ever-changing visitor attraction, we are proud to have carved a strong reputation as a keystone of the community.
“We are also the heart and mind behind both Dundee and Fife Science Festivals and play a crucial role within the Scottish education system, not to mention our links with local businesses and industry which have tangible and lasting benefits for school pupils, students and others.”
Dundee Science Centre is open daily, from 10am to 5pm.
