Sentence deferred on Dundee man who abused his wife
ByThe Courier Reporter
A Dundee man had sentence deferred for six months to be of good behaviour after he admitted assaulting his partner.
Daniel Potter, 32, of Lorimer Street, had previously been told to be of good behaviour and solicitor David Sinclair told Dundee Sheriff Court he had been and asked that he be admonished.
However Sheriff Stewart said he would like Potter to illustrate he could remain out of trouble for another period of six months.
He admitted that on April 25, at 19C Lorimer Street, he assaulted the woman by repeatedly biting her on the body to her injury.
Sentence was deferred until May 27 and he was ordained to appear.
