Young boy’s iPhone 4S stolen in Dundee park attack

A 12-year-old boy was attacked and had his iPhone stolen in Dundee on Saturday night.
The victim was kicked a number of times by a male, who then ran off with his iPhone 4S. The incident happened around 9.15pm in the playpark at Lochee Park.
The attacker is described as being aged about 17 to 18. He was slim and around 6ft 2in tall, with short, dark spiky hair. He was wearing a black and grey long-sleeved Voi chequered shirt, wine-coloured chino trousers and red suede Puma hightop boots with blue laces.
Police say he ran away in a southerly direction towards the wooded area of Lochee Park in the company of two other teenagers.
The second male is described as being 17, slim build, 5ft 8in with shoulder-length dark hair and he was wearing a red zipped Adidas jacket with white stripes, black jeans and white Adidas trainers.
The third male was 17 and wearing grey Nike jogging bottoms, blue Vans trainers and was carrying a black Element make rucksack with white straps.
Though shaken by his ordeal, the victim was not injured.
