Police in Fife are investigating two cases of indecent exposure in the Cowdenbeath area.
In both cases middle-aged man exposed themselves to teenage girls.
Officers say the two incidents may be linked, even though they took place three weeks apart.
The first incident occurred on Tuesday, December 30 on Chapel Street at around 9.45pm.
The suspect was described as a white man with a pale complexion who is around 40-years-old.
He was skinny, had black hair and possibly a bald patch.
He was wearing a dark coloured top or jacket, dark boots and no lower clothing.
The second incident occurred on Wednesday, January 21, on Burnside Terrace at around 9.15pm.
The man in this incident was described as in his fifties or sixties with a medium build and bald head.
He was also wearing a dark jacket and no lower clothing.
Both of the victims were teenagers.
Officers believe that the two incidents may be linked and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Kelly McEwan said: “Police Scotland finds this type behaviour unacceptable and is eager to bring any culprits to justice.
“These incidents have caused much distress to the victims and we a eager to trace this suspect, or suspects, as a matter of urgency.
“We are encouraging anyone who may have witnessed these incidents, or may have been a victim of a recent indecent exposure themselves, to come forward and contact us immediately.”
