Pictured at the Fife Outdoor Access Festival event at Tentsmuir today, Saturday 3rd September 2011, Tricia Fox, Fife Ranger, tries out the flash cotton experiment with'body busker' Andy McGeoch from the Glasgow Science Centre. Time was turned back at Tentsmuir Forest on Saturday, with the launch of Fife’s Outdoor Access Festival. There was a Second World War theme at the forest, and activities included guided historical walks, cycle routes and military boot camp sessions. Tea dances were also held among the trees and there was even a bit of ‘jitterbugging’ in the forest. The festival, with about 70 outdoor events, runs until Sunday.
