Youngsters competing in the 'mini highland games'.
The sun shone on the 40th Inverkeithing Highland Games on Saturday.
Hundreds of people made their way to the town’s Ballast Bank where there was an international feel to the competition, with competitors from as far afield as Iceland, Poland and the Netherlands.
Under the supervision of chieftan Bill Galloway, events included the ever popular Highland dancing, cycling, running, heavyweights and tug o’ war.
There were also rousing performances by the massed pipe bands, as well as various children’s events. The games are linked to the royal burgh’s Lammas Fair celebrations.
