Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to a fatal road crash in north-east Fife. A motorcyclist from the East Neuk was killed when his Yamaha bike was involved in a collision with two other vehicles on the A919 near St Michaels on Monday. The man, whose identity is yet to be released, was pronounced dead at the scene. A spokesman for Police Scotland said officers are still hoping to hear from people who saw the tragedy, which happened just before 5pm. A red Volvo and camper van were also involved but no one else was hurt. The road between the hamlet and Leuchars was shut for several hours while accident investigations were conducted on Monday evening.
