Alexander Ormiston (63) was hurt in the incident in Peasehill Fauld around May 18 but only sought medical treatment days later. He died last Friday. His family said Mr Ormiston “was a much-loved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.” Brian Kennedy (30), from Glenrothes, has appeared on petition alleging murder at Dunfermline Sheriff Court in connection with the incident.
