Police have sought the public’s help to find a man missing for two days.
Michael Adamson was last seen at 11am on Thursday at an address in Ettrick Way, Glenrothes.
Concerns are mounting for his welfare and anyone who has seen or spoken to him is asked to alert police immediately.
Michael, 31, lives in Lochgelly but is originally from Glenrothes.
Inspector Stephen Kay, of Levenmouth Police Station, said: “Our concern for Michael is growing all the time and we are very keen to hear from anyone who has seen him or has information on his whereabouts.
“Michael knows Fife well and has links not only in Lochgelly but also in Glenrothes.
“He may be in these areas and I appeal to anyone who has seen him to come forward as soon as possible.
“I also appeal directly to Michael to contact either police or your family to let us know that you are safe.”
Michael is described as 5ft 10in tall, is of medium build and has ginger, receding hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, a T-shirt with the name Marley on its front and dark boots.
