Police Scotland is appealing for information to help trace a woman reported missing from Fife.
Gabriel Stewart, 27, from Methil, has not been seen since Friday when she left the home of a friend on Taylor Street in the town.
She is described as 5ft 8in, of heavy build and with long dark hair. When she was last seen, Gabriel was wearing a black t-shirt with a green collar, grey loose-fit jeans, and black and white plimsolls.
Inspector Jim Davenport, who is based at Levenmouth Police Station and is leading the search, said: “It is unusual for Gabriel not to have made contact for such a long period of time.
“We have been making enquiries with Gabriel’s friends and associates to try to confirm that she is safe and well but so far our investigations have not presented any sightings of her since last Friday evening, when she left Taylor Street in Methil.
“We would ask anyone who has seen Gabriel recently or has any information that will help us trace her to call police on 101.”
