The unidentified man was driving an HGV from Carr’s Flour Mills in Kirkcaldy when he got embroiled in the argument. First gesturing out of the window of his HGV, the lorry driver then stops in traffic and moves around to the car driver’s door. There is a ‘thump’ sound in the video, but no assault has been reported to police. It is understood the confrontation took place on the A90 close to South Queensferry. The car driver has asked not to be identified. The footage appeared on the “name and shame” website, Edinburgh’s Worst Drivers and quickly went viral. A spokesman for Carr’s said: “We wish to confirm that this behaviour is disgraceful and totally unacceptable to Carr’s Flour Mills. “The driver was not one of our employees, but an agency driver providing holiday cover. “He has been removed from our vehicles, and the agency are investigating the matter.” Police Scotland confirmed that they had not been contacted.
