The youngster, who is being cared for at home, is said to be well. No further cases have been identified but a warning was issued that the bug can spread easily. Symptoms of E.coli can include diarrhoea, feeling sick, vomiting, stomach pain and fever. The incubation period is usually between one and 14 days.
