A “celebration” of the Pipeland site earmarked for a new Madras College will be held on the lawn of the school’s South Street campus from 1pm to 2pm on Saturday.
The Pipe up for Pipeland event has been organised by pro-Pipeland parents. The organisers want people to “send a message that will be heard”, after the decision last Thursday by north east Fife councillors to reject the Pipeland application.
The recommendation from Fife Council’s north east planning committee goes before the full Fife Council on Thursday.
If approved, a final decision will be made by Scottish ministers because the application is for green belt land.
